2 Bedrooms Playa Las Américas Parque Santiago I Heated Pool

Location. Pool. Facilities. Beach bar. Host was very helpful and fast to respond.

Shower screen door broken. Pillows.

No staff on arrival i was sent a picture with a circle around it to show appartment and givin a code to type in at side of door which was hard to open for keys. when i asked if someone could come and help i was told no they were a bit away from apartment then the lift was broke and with walking difficultys it proved very hard to get up and down stairs to apartment for an elderly woman.I was told lift was gettin fixed the next day and nothing was done so i had very little time outside as i couldnt do the stairs much .I would not recommend this place if you have any mobility issues ,or a baby in a pram.at the time of booking i requsted a ground floor apartment .[i was told after we arrived its not possible to requst what apartment you want as it is a prive apartment block its not like anywhere else] .i defo wouldnt go back .

Can be difficult to find the apartment initially unless you know your way around the complex. The balcony didn't get any sun the full day.

Nice apartment in a good location. Check in smooth and good instructions to find the apartment. Washing machine and dishwasher were a bonus. Lovely pool area with an on site bar and snack bar.

Plenty of space but perhaps too much furniture in the apartment, wardrobes and drawers everywhere - counted five in the kitchen/living room alone and loads more in the two bedrooms - unnecessary. Two en suite bathrooms but shower cubicles uncomfortably tight. The worst thing about this apartment - in my own personal opinion - is the lack of air conditioning. I know only some apartments in the complex have it, but it would stop me from returning to this one.

Nice spacious room with good amenities. Great pool!

Apartment was really centrally located and clean

Perhaps a little bit of upgrading, eg - some white bedlinen and towels and mayby some new balcony furniture
