The electronic keys were through an app and it was sent to me 5 minutes before check in

The lifts were dirty, in one of them 2 lights were hanging out of their fittings. The flat itself was spacious but all the internal doors could of done with a clean. They were dirty, dusty and some had marks like drinks up them. The sofa bed had seen better days, the metal bars were sticking it out, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Parts of it was torn. The whole apartment could do with some tlc, a clean and a lick of paint especially in the areas were there had been damp patches. If it hadn't been for the decent shower and the bed being comfy, I think we would of gone else where.

Very spacious apartment, with provisions for seating, working, sleeping and dining. Huge bed, although the quilt didn't quite hit all sides. The bathroom was very big with a good shower and deep bath. Good size tv however no aerial connection so tv is through wifi.

With the quilt not hotting all the sides you either lose a little when turning over during the night or end up sleeping in the middle of two beds joining. Parking charges could have been explained or made to stand out in the information. The entrance hall was very slippery due to no glass on the doors and torrential rain the night before. The entrance hall doors do not close either.

apartment was filthy would not recommend, thought it was a simple error so booked again as this was in a convenient location to my family etc but was dissapointed again.
