Maude Street - Cosy Rooms in Ipswich Waterfront-Marina Area

Basic but clean and good location.

Very clean.

First night a bit noisy, second night lovely

The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. It was good value, compared to other hotels/rooms in the area. There were clean sheets and fresh towels provided, as well as tea and coffee available in the kitchen. The host was responsive when contacted.

Parking was a bit tricky. It was fine when we first arrived at around 4pm, but we went to a concert and took the car with us. When we returned the driveway spaces were taken and, despite having a parking permit, it was hard to find a space. The mattress wasn’t super comfy, I don’t think I’d want to sleep on it for more than one night.

Bed was clean, sheets were made nicely. Free parking was a huge bonus as going to concert. Lovely location and only 20 mins from main Ipswich. Lovely harbour walk

Bathroom was absolutely shocking So dirty, so much limescale, pubes everywhere. Mats and floor was thick with grime and dirt

Clean and comfortable, a nice 10/15 minute walk to town. Shops close by.

Bed was low but comfortable! Toiletries provided & a towel

Shared bathroom that wasn’t even mentioned before hand! Broken drawers & wardrobe in the bedroom! No tv channels on the telly & the milk available was gone off!

The rooms are exactly like photos. Property is in a great location 10 minutes walk from the centre next to the marina.
