Stunning 2 bedroom Duplex close to main Beach with seaviews

The location was excellent, right at the start of "The Strip" surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and the beach was right across the road. Plus its only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The complex was very quiet and you couldn't hear any noise from the bars and restaurants near by. The apartment was finished to a very high standard: dishwasher, washing machine, the 2 bedrooms were very big, the beds were comfortable and the showers were very strong and plenty of storage. We had a lovely sea-view from our balcony which was also very big and even had a BBQ which we didn't use. The complex had a swimming pool but we only used it once as we were so close to the beach.

There were a lot of steps up from The Strip (I counted over 100) to the apartment, which was fine with us but would not suit everyone. There were less steps if you accessed the apartment from the street at the top which is where the taxi dropped us. There were fans in the bedrooms and living area but air conditioning would have been better especially if the temperature were in the 30's.

Internet was good

No air conditioning was a major issue, fans don't do much we had a terrible sleep and eventually booked another property The stairs leading to property were a killer also No sun on terrace either Pool was another issue all beds were broken and we went once and never went back

Fab modern spacious apt in a great location. High spec. Very comfortable. Safe, easy to find. Agent Dean was responsive. Wud stay again for sure.

It needs air con. Retractable roof broke while we were there so it was v hot. The swimming pool is also v v small.

Great location close to the main strip and beach. Nicely furnished and perfect for a family of 4. The downstairs bedrooms were a good size and 2 separate bathrooms was a big bonus. Kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was handy.

A shame there isn't AC in the apartment and we couldn't get TV signal, although apps worked ok with the internet included. The communal pool area was a little tired, broken sun loungers and not many of them.
