"Superb"

Very nice, comfortable room with modern facilities, incl. TV. Very clean property. Convenient and quiet location. Owner was very friendly, caring and attentive. I also very much liked the kitchen/lounge and facilities to make own tea/coffee, and a few items for breakfast provided.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Instructions for access were easy to follow.

Could have done with a plug for bath. Breakfast was limited.
