The owner was super nice. There were a lot of stairs to get to the last floor but I loved it

No real parking area nearby, you can find a park after few tries

"Vom Preis unschlagbar, zentral gelegen. Man sollte aber keinen Luxus erwarten."

Sehr zentral gelegen. Ein Frühstückslokal gab es in der Nähe. Der Besitzer hat sich erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Eine Klimaanlage müsste im Sommer für diese Breitengrade Standard sein. Abfalleimer gab es nicht. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher muss man den Koffer über vier Etagen hochtragen.
