I booked a small single room with a shared bathroom. This place has an excellent location, just 2 minute-walk to the metro station. It is very central actually. 5 minute-walk to the old town as well. Many bus and tram stops in the area. Hundreds of shops and restaurants are around. The place is located on the 5th floor. I arrived around 10 am nobody was there actually. But the owner kindly opened the main door remotely for me to leave my suitcase inside the building till the check in time. The owner, Mr Mihal, is a nice gentleman, he came at 2pm, opened the main door  and kindly carried my suitcase all the way to the 5th floor. The place is like a large flat, no front desk, no reception... but guests only. So, in case you arrive early, you won't be able to get into the building till the check-in time at 1400. The place is also very clean. You will feel like home. It consists of 14 rooms some of which are with private bathrooms, there are also 2 shared toilets, well equipped kitchen with all what you might need. The place is axactely like the pictures in (Booking) except for the small garden with fence and chairs on the right sude ig the main door. (only wrecks are there) The owner is very helpful. He provides lots of information about the coming events within Bucharest. He is always on the phone in case you need anything. He also cares about all details you might think about either in the kitchen, the toilet or the rooms. He also alliwed me 2 extra hours for late check out.

Nothing actually Requests - please someone have to empty the kitchen basket and the toilet bins regularly. For 4 days no one came to do that. I had to empty the toilet bin towice myself durung my stay. - kindly the small room needs a blackout or a curtain on the window so the guest won't wake up daily at 6 am. - kindly a prper mirror should be fitted in the room instead of the tiny face sized round mirror. - a proper size quilt needs to be provided instead of the child-size one that does not cover an adult. - price could be cheaper

У номері було тихо і затишно, на кухні було все необхідне, гарний район та чудова ціна.

Konumu toplu ulaşım duraklarına ve Old Town’a çok yakındı. Eski bir bina olmasına rağmen iyi durumda ve konakladığımız daire en üst kattaydı. Asansör yok fakat valizimiz olmadığı için bizi zorlamadı. Odamız da temiz ve güzeldi, tavan penceresinden gökyüzünü görerek uyumak çok hoştu. Özel banyolu planı seçtik, banyomuz da çok temizdi. Misafirperverliği ve ilgisi için Mihai’ye çok teşekkür ederiz.
