No towels were given to me as a guest. Room wasn't cleaned daily, electricity problems and the bathroom floor was constantly wet from the previous person who used the shower.

I like the set up in the rooms although we didn't have access to the wifi

There is no Wi-Fi connection to the TV nor phones , no cleaners, same towels for the whole weekend no clean towels given, no bin inside the room no cups or glasses inside the room., no one checks toilet paper in the toilet there is always no toilet stuff very impolite and arrogant

the staff were very friendly and tried their level best to make the place conducive and comfortable.

the blankets were very dirty and they are not washed after been used by other guests. the host or owner did not even attend to it. please wash the blankets, wipe the drawers and cupboards inside bedrooms. it seems like the place have changed and now its gone from been a great place to a bad place.

I liked the manager, Asanda who was very helpful at all stages. I liked the bed and the bedding - that was clean and comfortable. The space of the room was also great - there was also always warm water. The price was reasonable for the area. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances.

I didn't like that the kitchen was not clean or neat. The kitchen cupboards were all crooked and the insides were all dirty. There was no cutlery or crockery in the cupboards and I had to ask to get these things to cook for myself. I didn't like the door that ajoined my room with the room next door - I could hear the other guests clearly. There were too few lights in the space - the one over the main room where the bed is placed was missing. The bathroom and shower were also dirty. The TV was awkwardly placed so I didn't make use of it. The entrance overlooked the garden which was pleasant but also meant that people in the garden could see directly into the room.

Nothing to like about this venue at all. It is beautiful in the pictures and in the neighbourhood, until you step inside.

Everything about the experience. The room was cramped and could not even open the door all the way because the bed took up 80% of the room. It also had a shared bathroom which was not clear at the time of booking and the bathroom was dirty with a shower glass that has not been cleaned properly in ages, the toilet seat was lose and the bathroom was dirty. We did not feel welcome, nor comfortable. It gives off the vibe of a venue where you will wake up in an ice bath without your kidneys. We booked in the afternoon, but went back later to fetch our suitcase to go sleep over at another venue. I know it was my choice, but I would like my money back if it is at all possible.
