The room was large, freshly painted, and seemed to have newer carpet. The electric blinds were a nice touch.

The floor in the elevator was sticky and not cleaned my whole stay. The trash in the bathroom was full and without a liner. The coffee maker was missing the part you put the filter in and when I talked to the front desk about it needing to be replaced, and showed a picture of the piece that was missing they seemed annoyed but said they’d take care of it. When I got back to my room late that night, there was a new carafe next to the coffee maker, but no filter basket replacement. I was going to make a bag of popcorn… there was a stack of dirty glass bowls in the microwave. Removed them and found out the microwave was broken anyway. Buttons would beep but it would never turn on. I decided to just go to sleep and would grab coffee in the morning. When I got up the next morning, I pulled the covers back I noticed a very large, fresh looking, dark stain of mysterious substance on the fitted sheet on the other side of the bed from where I slept. By this point I was pretty skeeved out and really disappointed in this hotel and staff so I simply checked out early. I will not be booking here again.

The property was absolutely fantastic. The setting itself was simply stunning and a truly wonderful place to spend time.

Just the showers need some handrails
