"Nightmare"

They found an alternative stay for me.

There was no reception and therefore no way to check in. They firstly did not answer, then gave me a WhatsApp number that had no idea what I wanted. Finally, they switched me to a new location which they gave me a completely wrong address (even after me specifically asking if this is the correct address they confirmed it). After 3 hours of driving around Jakarta I finally managed to check in with no compensation for the costs from the taxi rides to the wrong address.
