The Loft Luxury Apartments-Near the Park in the City Center

I contacted the property to cancel my reservation before my stay and inquired about a refund. They assured me there would be no issue and that I’d receive my refund once they were paid by Booking.com, which would take about two weeks. After two weeks, they shifted the responsibility to Booking.com, claiming they would process the refund. Despite their promises, I’ve yet to receive any refund, and each time I follow up, they give me a different excuse. It’s clear they’ve been dishonest throughout this process. I strongly suspect they resold my booking and are now covering it up with lies. Do not trust their word—this property operates in bad faith.

The property management was dishonest and untrustworthy. They repeatedly gave me conflicting information regarding my refund, making false promises and failing to follow through. Their communication was unreliable, and I suspect they resold my booking without refunding me. Overall, their behavior felt deceptive and unprofessional.

The location is central. The apartment itself is well maintained, clean and user friendly. I particularly liked the amenities provided as these were high quality. Overall a satisfying experience.

The outside building is old and the lift is a little old as well. But this is perk of choosing old town in Bucharest as your location. The apartment itself is new and clean.

The property had modern decoration on the inside. It was spacious and comfortable. It had facilities such as a smart tv, washing machine and hair dryer which were helpful.

The cleaning could be improved and some maintenance issues. The property had some facilities although improvements could be made, i.e. cooking/dining equipment. The building is quite run down.

Fantastic apartment, very spacious and modern. Loved the layout, the comfort, and the fact that it was located on the G floor, which for us, having a pram, was just a blessing. The AC was perfect during our stay, as the weather was very hot. The location is great, basically just outside Cismigiu Park, and within walking distance to most of the places you think of visiting. It's definitely the right place if you want to stay in Bucharest. The host has been very professional and provided us with all the information needed in a timely manner.

The kitchen could be better equipped to accommodate families. No microwave and just one pot available to use for cooking. Cleaning - the overall feeling was that this was the only big letdown during our stay. The kitchen cupboards and the floor could definitely do with a proper clean. And providing anorher set of bedsheets for longer stays would be great. We found some, but they didn't look clean.

Superb location, modern and clean space. Easy communication with the property manager. Appreciate accommodating our needs on the day of leaving. Thank you.
