Great place. Wonderful location

A little hard to find at first

The place was recently fully refurbished and was absolutely amazing. The location is great. The access to the swimming pool was a great plus

40mn of delay to the appointment to collect the keys without a word of excuse is not acceptable on this standard of rental. The place however was truly amazing so that was soon forgotten

Some better balcony furniture would be great

The view is amazing, absolute beach front and it was lovely to sit outside on the patio. Maite was also nice, she was our main contact for the place.

I would not stay here for more than 2 nights. We stayed for 2 weeks. There were a lot of issues we found during out stay including: - Foul sewage odour in the lounge room. They need to get a plumber to sort this out. - Broken window not fixed, this makes the place an easy target to break into. Plus the doors don't lock properly, they are rusted and need to be replaced. - Showers don't drain properly, you end up having a shower feet deep in water. - overall it is an old apartment that needs a serious upgrade. ots of things need fixing:

The location and view on the sea

The "host" were unprofessional. They refused to refund our 300€deposit. We pointed out a small crack in a door window to the agent, who replied to just be careful and use the other side of the door. Crack spread informed the host, but hey never replied. When refund did not appear, we communicated our concern and they 10 days later that we had broken the window. Informed Booking.com but they were useless. Many other faults; beds awful, shower in one bathroom impossible to use. Electric shutters not functioning properly. Dramatic smell in one closet. Cheaply and poor taste in furniture.
