Our unit was cleaned everyday. The views are breathtaking.

It was a long stay for us - 6 days. I would appreciate it if the bedding was changed every 2 days because that's what we do at home.

No keys on the doors and no helpers came to clean

We had every utensil in the kitchen. The rooms were modern and comfortable.We really felt like we were in a 5 star property. The views were stunning. The tables and chairs were very suitable for the amount of people we went with.

There were no key on the bathroom doors. I wish they allowed a checkout at 11am.

Loved the decor and the view. We also enjoyed the convenience of having multiple bathrooms, as we had kids with us. Overall the place is comfortable. The cleaning lady was nice and efficient.

It's not so much as what I didn't like but what could be improved. Please consider getting a decent coffee table. And add plastic bags in those tiny bins in the bedrooms.

The view and the facilities i.e. pool, beach and games for the kids.

That there were no cleaning service provided (which we previously had when we stayed at another unit) and as such the rubbish was just piling up in the unit. We couldn't leave the bins outside either, due to the monkeys. Also, the unit should provide guests with an alternate power source to use during loadshedding.

The view was good

Rude and incompetent security. They really like to start the vacation on a terrible note. Powerouttage for over 12hours, no compensation at all. Kids were hot and miserable. I had senior members who needed power for an oxygen machine to sleep. The security was so incompetent and rude. Never..... ever again. Waste of money. Also housekeeping wants to charge R80 for 2 missing hangers . We didn't open the cupboards, we used the table/shelf.
