The home is in an area very close to the University which made it a perfect spot for graduation. The backyard was nice and a great place to host family who were in town visiting. There were a few problems initially (the electronic door lock was not working and we could not turn a fan light off due to the remote not working), but the host was very responsive and answered our calls immediately to address our concerns.

The home itself was an older original Florida style home in an area that is not typically seen with Airbnbs or tourist housing and it was a little run down - so if you're looking for something fancy, you might be turned off by that. The interior of the home was a bit small as well (looked like it was originally a 2 bedroom and they added a bed and bath). However, that being said - the owners clearly tried to make the home comfortable for guests by adding a gaming system, a great outdoor area, updated fixtures and bathroom and the interior was very pleasant. Even though the gathering areas in the home were small the outdoor areas allowed for everyone to have a pleasant visit.
