Brilliant location, good value, lovely property

Sometimes, too many signs can be a put off, makes it feel less welcoming. Appreciate that the property is a non smoking property- perhaps emphasise it on the booking but visual signs about penalties is a bit off putting

We have stayed here a couple of times when visiting Hull and it is always cleaned to a very high standard. Great location for shops, bars & restaurants near Newland Avenue too.

The proximity to the University is brilliant. The room in the bungalow is spacious. Modern. Good for parking. Beds are really comfortable.

The water in the shower fluctuated a bit. Although the furniture (cupboards in bedrooms and lounge) are fit for purpose, they appear to be ex office equipment. The rest of the bungalow is so nice, it’s a little out of place. Needs a clean washing up cloth and scouring pad for new guests.

A sturdier dining table and chairs. Felt very flimsy and chairs had wonky legs. Another easy chair in the living area would be good too as a little squashed when all on sofa.
