NZLocation appealed to us but after booking, host could not be contacted.
On arrival at the airport i phoned the host 9 times to get the message that the mobile number was unavailable. We were left sitting at the airport as the advertised shuttle did not materialize, and it took nearly 3 hours for the host to contact us.by which time we had given up and booked another hotel. Contacted Booking.com who also tried to contact the host. We emailed and messaged the host but no reply. Asking for a refund. Not acceptable.

USWe never received instructions to get in. Took cab there. No one around couldn’t get in Had to find hotel. Not paying. It was awful. Reverse charge or I will give terrible review
