Wir konnte nicht pünktlich einchecken. Das Babybett hatte keine Matratze. Deshalb hatten wir keinen Babybett.

O apartamento era impecável, super bem decorado e era muito seguro!! Tem porteiros à entrada do apartamento. O Sr Farid foi excecional, deu-nos dicas de transporte e sempre foi prestável. RECOMENDO 100% !

Spacious property, lovely balcony, although not overlooking much was still a very much appreciated addition. Good facilities such as a washing machine, steamer, drying rack, TVs with Netflix, cooker etc. We didn’t use the swimming pool as it was always busy but it was still a nice area to sit and relax. The kitchen is decently stocked, good pans, coffee machine and coffee and sugar readily available. Good size fridge and freezer too.

There was ants in the property, we noticed them in the bathroom first, then the bedroom and kitchen. This was quite a big issue for me personally and should be looked into fixing as it was extremely off putting. We didn’t leave anything on the floor as we were paranoid as to where the ants would go. The kitchen tap was almost completely detached and again needs to be fixed with some urgency as it was extremely flimsy to use. The check in process was not the smoothest, something worth noting is that they only accept cash. We were only informed off this on the day and due to no WiFi, unfortunately didn’t see this until after arriving at the property. Whilst the host was kind enough to allow us to pay the next day, it was still quite frustrating after a long days travel and should be communicated well in advance. The bathroom didn’t have a bidet which was quite surprising given we were visiting a Muslim country, maybe something to take into consideration for future as it’s not something we have had an issue with when visiting Muslim countries. The cleanliness was not the best, the shower did not seem like it had been cleaned as there was still smell and soap scum when first used. The sofa appears to have stains on it and the bedding, although smelt clean, looked overused with stains that clearly weren’t washing out. The towels were aged and very rough to use and the bedding wasn’t the best quality as it stuck to any dry skin we had. There isn’t much in the area, you do have to take a taxi and travel at least 15-20 minutes to get to most busy areas like Menara Mall and Jamaa El-Fna. There aren’t any restaurants or grocery shops very close. The closest grocery chop was 25 minute walk away.

The property was exceptionally nice, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed, and the entire process was very smooth. I highly recommend it. Farid was very friendly throughout the process.
