"An absolutely amazing experience at this romantic cottage in a beautiful location."

This was the ultimate authentic Finnish experience where we were treated more like family than guests. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. We had our privacy, but our hosts were so friendly and accommodating to our every wish. The sauna is a must! Arctic Lakeside Holiday Cottage is such a relaxing place to recharge and connect with nature.

"Private Northern lights"

Beautiful cottage in isolated area with direct private access to a frozen lake and northern lights Warm and cozy with nice wood burning stove and comfortable beds

A bit too much stuff for a small space - less things would make it more comfortable The arctic toilet was challenging at -20 in the night

Det er meget autentisk plads i naturen. Varm velkomst. Fin sauna. Flot cotttage med udsigten til sø. Vi havde en fornøjelse at overnatte der.

"Wunderbar gemütlich und warm!"

Minna-Carita ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin & das Cottage wirklich super gemütlich! Wir haben sehr gerne Zeit dort verbracht. Die Lage direkt am See traumhaft schön, auch im Winter mit viel Schnee.

We loved everything. Minna-Carita and her family are fantastic hosts; we felt completely at comfortable, just like at home. The area is very remote and idyllic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. We even saw the Northern Lights on 4 of 5 nights. We went on some great snow and ice experiences together and enjoyed the original finnish Sauna a lot, so it's truly a ten out of ten and highly recommended.

An additional detail could be added to the address information, as Google doesn’t provide the exact location, but the issue was resolved quickly by calling the host. If a guest wants to take a shower, they need to pay for the sauna.

"Súper bien"

Nos encantó! Muy contentos con el trato familiar de Minna, estaba atenta a que no nos faltara de nada. La casa súper bien, cómoda y muy limpia. Muy buena ubicación para ver auroras y desconectar de todo.

Que no tuviera ducha, aunque por un extra puedes hacer sauna y ducha que está genial.
