Major plumbing issues in bathroom! Water continually dripping through light fitting and extractor fan so too scared to switch light on. Water from extractor fan dripped on you whilst sat on the toilet!!! We have taken a video. Only 1 fork. Kitchen sponge needed binning!!!

Nice property and in a nice center of the city.

Easy and clean to access. Brilliant views. Very good care and assistance throughout.

This property is located within a central location

We were extremely disappointed with the property. As soon as we arrived, we placed our bags down and immediately booked another hotel, which resulted in additional costs purely due to our dissatisfaction. The hallways had such an overpowering smell that I was physically heaving. The kitchen was not clean, with unhygienic table covers, and the same applied to the sofa. The bed was of poor quality, and there were visible marks in the bathroom. Overall, the condition of the property was unacceptable, and we felt we could not stay there, so we left.

Should not be allowed on this site. Dodgy operation. They don't give out the property address so are clearly subletting. It is nothing like the photos. It is disgustingly unclean. The lock doesn't work on the front door and no key for the balcony door. Unsafe. I didn't stay here and am still waiting for my refund. Staff are rude and do not identify themselves. They have "policies" in place that mean they take a copy of your ID but cant tell you the purpose or how your data will be stored. They're a completely dodgy outfit, do not book. Oh and they lied to me about my deposit, which turned out to be a huge joke when I saw the state of the apartment - it couldn't get any worse. There was washing in the washing machine, it stank of stale and rotting food. The bath looked like it had never been cleaned with black mold growing around it. The bedside table had drips of a substance that I hate to think what it was. Absolutely appalled at the treatment from the supposed manager, too. I have many more photos!

Location is great so close to mailbox if planning on going out for food, roughly 10 minute easy walk from Birmingham new Street. Having a balcony is a big plus! Good sized place. With decent facilities.

Internet didn't work throughout the whole 3 days I stayed unfortunately. Lucky I have data to hotspot the tele. Feel the whole place could do with a freshen up especially the bathroom with there being black mold in the shower.

That it was located near the city centre

The property was in very poor condition, the bed sheets smelt as though someone slept in it. I slept in my own clothes because of that. The tv did not work whatsoever. There was a number of things wrong with this particular property. The host started to bother me regarding the time I was travelling there, even I had discussed that earlier on in the day time. The property looks as though it was that person’s home and this property should not be rented out to the general public. I was not impressed, the prize was expensive considering it stated that it was luxury. There nothing luxury about that place.
