Very Spacious Quite comfortable but no double beds Good for families or large groups. Great shower and bath tub Not far from Cleethorpes beach and stuff.

Needed deep clean everywhere Didn't use kettle or oven/grill too dirty Washing machine dirty Open kitchen bin no lid Steep staircase to top bedroom Noisy neighbours Not secure for a dog gap by drive gates. No TV for 3 days locked in to Netflix only Oliwia ( manageress) she was great helped....and brought bread knife scissors chopping board ect.

"Perfect will definitely use same place again in the future"

Perfect accomadation in a quiet location only a 15 minutes walk from the sea front. Extremely clean and excellent value for money. Easy booking procedure and everything provided for a very comfortable stay.

The only thing missing was a patio set in the garden
