Spacious and cozy feeling

The location is very convenient, and there are local shops. The house was very clean

The bedshits had stains, but these where quickly changed, also the toilet needed fixing

I really appreciated that the bathroom and kitchen were clean, which made the stay more comfortable. It was also great that collecting the key from the key safe was quick and easy. Free on street parking was a bonus. Having convenience stores and a supermarket nearby was very handy too.

There was only a very small table with two wobbly high stools, which unfortunately wasn’t enough for a family of four to have meals together. The sofa was too small for four people to sit on, and also uncomfortable. The TV was placed so high in the corner that it was difficult to watch without straining your neck. We also had to vacuum the sofa ourselves, as there were many crumbs between the cushions and on the floor in front of it. The non-stick pots and pans all had heavily scratched Teflon layers, which made them unsafe to use, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to cook with them. The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable. Additionally, it seemed that the neighbours were either listening to a podcast or watching TV loudly, as I could hear voices almost all night every night. As a result of these issues, I ended up booking a hotel for the last two nights of our stay.

Cheap for the duration of stay

Worst stay in my life! Hosts are liars and fraudsters. Tried to scam me out of £50 (send via bank transfer) for late check out before the stay when they made error. Wouldnt give keysafe code. Property has signs and smells of damp/mould which they tried to hide with sofa. Nail sticking out of floor, son cut his toe. One mattress unable to sleep on. Stayed 1 night out of 8 and left, refused to refund. They locked me out. All evidence can be provided.

Nothing They booked twice I have show up at property and someone was there never checked in asked for full refund and still waiting for money. Avoid scamming people.
