Air Residences Makati - fully furnished condo with skyline views!

Served every purpose I needed it too. Great views, clean facilities, fast wifi, toiletries included, nothing broken, great security, central location.

Needs a decent ironing board and maybe a shelf near the bed

Very nice unit,homie and everything you need was there from the unit to the ground floor of the building,it has supermarket and restaurants in the building,everything you needed is there. Plus very helpful and kind host,thank you again sir Jerome. From the moment we entered the unit we wanted to extend our stay already and that's what we did. I can make breakfast everyday💖. Netflix and chill with my husband💖. We felt home and had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much and will surely book here again.

The place was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for our stay. They even had some simple ingredients for cooking

Bad reception and no electricity on check in day

👍the host guides you with every step of registration and check in 👍the check in was easy, the reception just checks the authorization letter provided by the host, it was done in 5 mins 👍the amenities are complete, wifi, fridge, toiletries are complete with towels

🤝 something for improvement, we saw the place was advertised for 4 people but it doesn’t really fit this number, it is more suited for 2 people

The elevator was crazy - you have to line up and wait like for 10-15mins to get in. Also, I was not comfortable that they are taking photo of guests upon arrival. The guards said it was for security purposes. We already shared our ID to the host. I am not just not comfortable they are taking photo of us and where they save those data. We provided already our info properly. I am just concerned about privacy of my info.

When I arrived the hotel 14:30 the frontdesk told me my booking was cancelled. I had to find another hotel for my family when outside was raining cats and dogs! and Manila was FLOODING due to Typhoon Catrina. As a foreigner I NEVER HAD SUCH EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE ! just one hour after fully payment booking confirm-letter received. then your room is disappeard. at least they as local host should call neighboring hotels to find a similar room for the suffered guests stand in front of them. however as they didnot do anything. the reservation division is horrible.the management of this hotel is completely not exsiting. , we cannot even call a grab because of flood. they shoud felt how hopeless was that. it is a warning for any tourist. keep away from this trap which didnot met the lowest requirement .
