Spacious 4-bedroom townhouse in the city center with free parking

Fabulous house in a super location. We stayed for Royal Ascot week so we were travelling from Ox to Ascot by train, so the proximity to station was perfect. Proximity to Jericho’s restaurants and bars as well as the city centre, all very walkable 👍🏼 The house was super, very clean and west facing back garden. We got deliveries from Banana’s Thai restaurant so didn’t really use the kitchen. Communication was also excellent.

Only small complaints are (1) pillows in the bedrooms are ridiculously uncomfortable, please please replace with ones that won’t give cricked necks …….(2) comfortable seating in the lounge lacking. It’d be better with an extendable /drop leaf round dining table up against the wall instead of the long rectangular one dominating the o

Location to city center and to train station

Everything met our needs

Location, available parking, 4 bedrooms, spacious, well equipped bathrooms, generally well equipped kitchen, clear instructions, good WiFi signal, decent price for a property so close to the city centre, internally clean and tidy

We did go into the back garden. The outside light at the back had massive cobwebs all over it. Although well equipped the kitchen didn’t appear to have any oven gloves. With an oven there (we used it), some gloves would have been helpful.

Spacious bedrooms and clean. Excellent location in the centre of Oxford

Although the booking details did state check in at 4 and check out at 10am it wasn’t something I paid much attention to as it is typical to check in at 3 and out at 11am. I asked to check out 1 hour later and was told there would be a £50 charge which I thought was too much but then with a threat of £350 fine with an unauthorised late check out.

Great location. It's nice to be able to walk to town centre and visit sites plus Westgate shopping centre. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. House is round corner from station. Host Alona was helpful, thank you! Small kitchen but nice with most things that you need. Could do with more comfy seating in lounge, a strainer for tea would be helpful.

Perfect stay in a lovely, clean and comfortable house

Clean n cosy

No heating for the first night when we arrived late in the evening. All of us had to armour up to sleep. (Quite hilarious actually) But the issue was promptly rectified on the next day when I pointed it out to the host.

Excellent location for arriving and leaving by train (very short walk to the station, left baggage shop nearby), and for walking into the town centre, either along the roads or by the canal. Great to have plenty of bathrooms.

Needs more sofa/armchair seating in the living room as only space for 4 people to sit on the 'comfy' chairs.
