Spacious and Brand New Apartment in Point Breeze - Prime Location

The property is well located if you’re in Philadelphia for sports entertainment. We walked to the Lincoln Financial Field (about 50 min) but public transport would also have been a great option. The property is super clean and perfect for groups of 3 or 4. Easy communication, easy to find and easy to get in. Nice shower as well!

We would have appreciated a little more cozyness by adding a small sofa to watch tv or by adding TVs in the bedrooms. Also, dishcloths would be useful in the kitchen! Finally, ensuring the blinds ca go all the way down in the windows would be appreciated, as it remains pretty light in the masters as it is. Note that your hear the street noise pretty well in the appartment. But past 11 the neighborhood is relatively calm.

The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and well stocked. The area was really quaint and had hip and delicious restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to the Keith Haring mural. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

We couldn’t find any corner stores or grocery stores open in the evenings in walking distance of the apartment except for one tiny place.

Newly updated. Great appliances. Beds really comfortable. Easy access. Parking in neighborhood easy to manage.

Lovely dishes and pans available in kitchen. Would like to see more kitchen tools.
