"not bad for the price. close to PICC. okay for short stay"

Close to the event our family attending

the foul smell inside the room (which I think the CR drainage) and the Cockroach in the washroom. As I’m very particular with cleanliness, it really bothers me the whole stay.

"Our stay was comfy."

There is no breakfast in the unit but they provided free coffee.

Perhaps it will be better if the unit had ironing facilities since we booked it for a convention in PICC. I think many people like us will be looking to do the same.

Complete set of toiletries, slippers, towels. We were surprised to get bottled waters, coffee, sugar and creamers too. The room is clean too.

Wifi signal. We weren't able to connect to Netflix. Also, it took a day in getting back the security deposit. I thought it will be provided after a few hours only upon check out.
