Very good location. £60 refund was offered because of a cleaning issue.

Unfortunately there was an inconvenience with the quality of the cleaning, which did make my stay uncomfortable. Looks like there was an issue with the cleaner and the host apologised offering a cleaning fee refund. The flat had an odor, there was no air ventilation prior my arrival. Towels and bed shits had a damp odor. Kitchen and bathroom were not clean. Had to use my own pillow cover and towels 😳

The location was convenient for commuting.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not live up to our expectations at all. We were disappointed by the state of cleanliness. The furniture [couch] had obvious stains with full of grey hair strangled and unhygienic and needs to be replaced, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned as it had a very bad odour. It was clear that little attention had been given to maintaining a welcoming environment. When I brought these issues to the owner’s attention, I was shocked by their response. Instead of addressing the cleanliness concerns, they insisted that I should have reported these problems on the first day of my stay. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, they also demanded extra charges for cleaning services additionally 60 pounds, despite the apartment being in such poor condition to begin with. The linen had a smell as well, we had to put our own linen on top of that until our stay. This lack of accountability and customer service was incredibly disheartening. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Birmingham. It's disappointing to see a property that could be lovely tarnished by such negligence.

The apartment is very centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. The facilities in the apartment were top notch and the bedroom is really comfortable.

Communication about parking was not clear. Was not informed that I even needed a fob. Had to contact the host to get the info. Had to guess what the fob was as I had no idea what I was looking for. Ended up paying for parking the first night. Found the fob later and sorted out the parking.

Overall our stay was good. The property had everything we required in terms of amenities. The location & apartment block was also very quiet at night and even over the weekends. We always had a good night's sleep. The host was responsive & helpful. Good option for families who don't want to stay in a small hotel room.

Don't forget to add a rubbish bin in the kitchen, it would be helpful.

The whole house was very clean

Heating wasn’t great didn’t warm up the whole time of being there, only thing that maybe needs looking into is the dripping tap in the kitchen as it wouldn’t stop even after cleaning up dishes 2/3 hours later.
