The problems with the plumbing, the regular electricity outages and the fact that the compex in which the apatment is located has no back up generator. There is no cafe or restaurant or shop on the complex so you must come prepared to self cater

No bowls in kitchen not a big deal though.

What a lovely apartment! Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. A small but adequate kitchen, lovely living and dining room, spacious bedroom with wardrobe, large bathroom. Air con and ceiling fans were a delight. TV also and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach, a couple of kilometres into new Malindi which was an east walk or an inexpensive tuk tuk or boda boda. The pool was kept beautifully clean and was fabulous to enjoy. The best accommodation of our stay in East Africa! The host was friendly and very responsive and all the staff obliging and friendly … highly recommend a stay here!

I loved everything.. He's welcoming what you see is exactly what you get..get value for everything he gave suggestions of places to eat and very reachable for anything..all I can say give this guy business👌

The host is responsive, pleasant and a great guy. Very good place for family outing.

The place is just far from town. The road to the place with tuktuk is really uncomfortable.

Very nice and peaceful I will definitely go back
