3 Skiathos- Stylish apartment with Breaker Views(no loadshedding)

This place is very beautiful and clean. The owner is friendly. I will definitely come back .

Location and easy access to apartment and beach, parking right in front of apartment. Cleanliness, lovely modern bathrooms Very responsive host. Icemaker was a real bonus

Long time to run tap to get hot water in the kitchen and cupboards need a little TLC. Damp smell in main bedroom (flaking paint on the roof above the bed No natural light in bedroom 3 faces towards the underground parking area Only one small clothes airer Single beds were extremely hard

The property is clean, the cleaners came every morning and were very accommodating when we asked them to come back at a later stage the easy beach access just made sense

Nothing, the property is very beautiful and exceeded our expectations

The apartments living area was big and spacious with beautiful sea views from the large balcony. It had a lovely kitchen with many wonderful amenities and a gas stove. Beach access was a few steps away. If we had a working aircon as advertised, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the place. We were reimbursed for 1 nights stay because of this inconvenience, and we really appreciated it.

The room was hot upon arrival.A very unpleasant welcome.We closed all the doors and switched on the aircon as instructed and waited but it never cooled down.I complained daily about the aircon but it was never fixed, apparently because it was new years week and all companies were closed.We were eventually given 1 fan which only serviced one area.I felt that I totally overpayed for an accomodation without a working aircon in ballitos heat. The gas stove wasn't clean upon arrival, and the deep freezer had access ice build-up. The cleaning ladies were always in such a rush, and one of them was very unpleasant in her manner ,like she was doing us a favor.

Everything was perfect and clean
