Cramped and small like a dolls house, don’t let the washing machine fool you, is half the size of a standard machine which fooled me into thinking the bathroom was huge! It’s not… Show drain was extremely slow to drain water making me wonder whether I was having a bath or a shower ! The cooker hob is filthy, old and decrepit. I really don’t think the smoke alarm should have a plastic bag covering it as I’m sure this is against the building’s policy… if not then it should be! The neighbours in 4118 were very noisy and disrespectful by keeping me awake until 4am Friday night & Saturday night I had it in stereo from both apartments 4118 & 4120! The “apparent” sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable just to sit on and I wouldn’t dare try sleeping on it as I’m over 6 feet tall… the sofa bed is only 5.5 feet long and the padding is extremely thin… in my opinion it’s not a sofa bed… Cheap is never better when furniture is involved… On that note, it was advertised that the apartment can sleep 5 people yet there was only beds for 3 & 2 very thin blankets… When I questioned the owner about this his reply was “if you’re staying there alone what’s the problem?”!! Not the response I was expecting but hey ho, I guess that’s how Spanish people deal with their customers to make sure they don’t return 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was very accessible. The place had everything we needed.

Location was convenient to malls. There is a small mall on the ground floor with groceries and a few restaurants.

The staff refused to let us check in at the appointed time. I had been traveling for several days when I arrived and had to get a hotel for the first night. The building is new but the tile in the hall on our floor was buckling and places in the roof were caved in. It was not climate controlled in the hallways. I'm 5'8" tall and my feet hung off the end of the bed. The couch was like stone, and we were never able to get the TV to work for streaming.

The washing machine. Location. Top floor. Toothbrush and liquid soap. Washing liquid. Price.

Netflix not readily available. Towels not absorbent. Spoon and fork very flimsy. No one to assist with luggages. I was told to bring them up and down myself. Guards as receptionists. Bellboys don't assist with luggages because they need to mind the doors? The 2 x pillow covers were not washed. Smelt like a man has slept on it previously. Duvet size too small. Sheets from previous guests were still in the closet.

The staff took care of our needs, making sure everything was set. and guards were very helpful and polite.

Waiting time spent at the lift can be too long and railings inside the lift were broken

The towels need to change to quality ones

Nice clean studio apartment. Good and helpful owner. Would definitely reconsider when needing a place to stay next time. Thanks again for the lovely stay!
