Seaview Sunrise Imago Loft D 3 bedrooms above Imago Shopping Mall

The location and level is good as it is just one floor up from parking area. The public amenities such as swimming pool and gym was conveniently on the same level. Extra mattress was good idea. Also convenient to imago mall

1. Master bedroom shower was disappointing, besides the low pressure compared to the other bathroom, the hot water was also on and off wile showering 2. The toilet bidet was faulty 3. Bathroom amenities was disappointing too 4. We had to throw our own rubbish yet the host charged cleaning fees 5. The washing machine was not in good condition and had the floor flooded 6. The hairdryer was switched on just few seconds and suddenly no power and cant be used and only one dryer 7. The iron was useless as it didn't do much on the clothes we ironed 8. 3 bedroom should be given two parking spaces and instead one of our car had to park at the mall which was costly and security wise its unacceptable. The property should have extra parking space for visitors and also the parking lot was bit of distance and hidden 9.Cleanliness -is average. Maintenance of the unit is not good as it looks bit rundown and for the price we paid? It was regret. We could have taken the other unit which cost more than BND100 less then what we paid for. We didn't have the mood to take photos or selfies of hotel/staycation stays and as I didn't have anything to write about the stay for my feature as a journalist.

Breakfast we eat out No worries about food because of ideal location

Please repair the door hinge in the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms..danger of falling off and broken glasses that might hurt users. Overdue for replacement and it has gone out of alignment as a consequence of usage.

Convenient location above a shopping mall Clear check in instructions

Property was not clean - there were food in the bathroom floor Swimming pool was dirty - the water was cloudy Instructions - there was no instructions of how to use facilities in the property (eg: tv box etc) and no instructions where the facilities are in the property (eg: swimming pool, sauna etc) Drive into the parking was horrendous-be prepared to spend 15-20mins to get into the parking There’s a view but the river is smelly

The location was very good. Parking was allocated.

The smell of the apartment was musty & overall cleanliness was not taken good care of. The bed linens provided were not fresh as if not washed beforehand. No proper ventilations in the washrooms. The windows in the washrooms had to be opened & hence many small flying insects could be found in the washrooms. The laundry area was very messy with towels lying around. The plastic bins provided were useless because got holes on both ends😬

It was so spacious!!! The location was very convenient since it is above Imago Mall. Though, we didn’t have a chance to use the facilities, the outdoor pool and other amenities was amazing.

Location is superb, near to shopping,food, market. Host is exceptional friendly and polite. Clean and cosy enough. Price is also very fair. This is one of the best choice if you intend to stay in the city. Credit to the well equiped kitchen.

Sharp whistle noise made by the traffic control security guards at the ground floor were irritating. hope that the host could take the trouble to review the problem to the property management; may be they can use a different type of more suitable whistle.

Stay at loft D with sea view. Good for 2 family with small kids because the apartment have 3 bedroom. Master bedroom with king size bed and 4 futon beds with bathroom. 2 bedroom with sharing bathroom outside room and 1 toilet . Two parking card provided , easy and safe to park your car. Easy access to the shopping mall and parking, not like at the loft B with only one lift access from the parking. Easy check in and out.

1.The curtain near the dining we could see people passing by and we wish there was a carpet in the tv area because the tile floor was so cold especially when the AC on 2.no mirror stand or makeup table, only small mirror at master room which is look cheap, so difficult to do makeup 3. The bedroom lamp not too bright, even we turn the brightness up 4. When we first enter the room, and walk around the apartment, my feet got dirtier and Some of the area especially bedroom floor had dust and under the bed too when I was looking for my kids toy there is too much dust 5. Please provide shoes storage or rack 6. The iron board cover already burn, please give new cover and we have bad experience with the iron which is the wire look bad n we tried using it, then suddenly the fuse explode n the electricity shutdown, luckily we got handle it, then the owner immediately give us the new iron, but again problem with the new iron burned the blanket that we use to cover the iron board which is already burn, too difficult to do ironing with damage iron board and the owner charged us rm30 for the blanket 7. before we check out, my mom sweep under the sofa and tv table to check any other things and what we found out is not our belongings. 8. The cleaning fees MYR 80 not worth it 9. Some of the pillow is hard and the bed made noise 10. Please improve the decoration , this is my first time got a very simple and limited decoration at imago apartment than my previous stay with other owner
