Kyiv historycal center of the city close to the st Andrews church

Ідеальнішого розташування квартири годі придумати. Поруч історичні місця, набережна, метро, заклади харчування. Вигляд з вікна неймовірний. Квартира чиста та затишна.

Не працювали декілька розеток у спальні.

Дуже гарне розташування. Привітний персонал. Комфортні умови для проживання.

Рекомендували б господарям замінити ковролін.І буде все супер.

The location is excellent, it's right near where the action is, but off of the main strip. It's about a 5-minute walk to the funicular, the river, and the restaurants/bars/shops close by. The unit itself was spacious.

The public spaces were run down and dirty (entry way, elevator, hallways, etc.), the unit could use a through scrubbing, and the TV didn't work, even after multiple requests from the worker-host (not sure if he owned the place... many of these AirBnBs are managed properties). The couches are low and lumpy, and should be replaced; bedside lamps don't work; no side lamps in the living room (just an institutional bright ceiling light fixture); and there was no dining room table--just a small square folding table with two iron chairs in the corner of the kitchen. Overall, this place could use some overhauling.

The apartment is wonderful, the location is excellent, and the reception is wonderful
