This was an enjoyable apartment to stay at. The check in instructions were clear and shared ahead of time, the apartment was clean spacious and had all necessary amenities. The location was right on the beech which was great for the family as well.

We did have an issue finding the apartment we were supposed to check into at the start as there are two buildings in the location and we had to check both to figure out which apartment we booked.

استأجرت شقة عن طريق موقع Booking وكانت التجربة سيئة جدًا على عكس ما توقعت. أول ما دخلت لاحظت أن الشقة غير نظيفة، والأثاث قديم وتفوح منه رائحة مزعجة. كذلك كان السخان في المطبخ يقطر ماء وعندما تواصلت مع المسؤولين أخبروني أنه يجب أن أدفع مبلغًا إضافيًا (5 ريالات) حتى يقوموا بالتنظيف، وهو أمر غير مقبول. أيضًا، السعر كان مضللًا؛ فقد عُرضت الشقة على أنها فاخرة بينما في الحقيقة كانت أقل من عادية بكثير. فوق ذلك، كان مكتوب في الإعلان أن هناك “إطلالة على البحر”، لكن الواقع مختلف تمامًا إذ لم يكن سوى منظر (النيل اهوه). باختصار، كانت تجربة فاشلة ومخيبة للآمال ولن أكررها مرة أخرى

The washing machine was not working properly, fixed within 2 hours after I've informed the host Almost all indoor facilities are not in good condition (bed, mattress, pillow, bathroom dornops, sofas, air conditioning.. etc) Most buildings in the area are not new, but more work can be done on indoor facilities for sure. The heater in the kitchen is leaking water on the refrigerator Air conditioner in kids, the double bed room is leaking water (even though we didn't turn it on!!) Basically, its not bad for budget stay, it is definitely overpriced (I've paid around 90 Omani riyals per night)

The place was clean

There is no as such facilities except just a nice place to sleep no room service during multiple nights stay very basic facilities
