Location Very far from city i dont advice it unless you have car and they don’t collaborate for late check out they come and ring. For me last day at 13:00 what i know even 5 stars hotel they complementary late check out for extra hour

The online pictures don't do the location much justice. Although the building is nondescript, don't judge location by google street images. When we visited, the park opposite the block was closed presumably as it is off season and looked unattended. The apartment building itself is acceptable, the studio room was cosy and functional. There is no room make up service - this is a self service accommodation, bedroom, lounge and kitchen all in one. When we visited there was a caretaker staying on site. Lucky, as the saucepan in our room was burnt and there was no hand wash in the bathroom but Anwar had it replaced within minutes. I am grateful for his assistance during our stay. This property is located very conveniently for the Dhareez beach - a great place to visit for a stroll and a snack. There are also a lot of street food type cabins which open in the evening. There are also some restaurants near the beach. If you want to buy bread or discover other modest eating places, you need to walk 24 minutes (or drive 5 minutes) to As Sultan Qaboos Street. I did not see any local convenience stores - but then I didn't have a need as I was able to drive to a large retailer if needed. From my point of view the property is in a good location and mainly offers great accessibility to the east and west points of Salalah. It is conveniently located and easily accessible by car. Be aware, Oman does not offer many pedestrian or public transport options so ensure you research how you will get around. There was good communication from the apartment owner who checked what our expected arrival time was, and gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment key. The arrangement was simple - I collected the keys from a key safe outside the apartment door. There was a washing machine in the bathroom if needed - didn't use it.

A little effort in attention to detail would make this accommodation better. Minor housekeeping issues such as non-functioning cable TV remote, missing A/C remote, burnt saucepan, no hand soap may appear inconsequential but forms negative opinion of an otherwise good place to stay.

The location is in a close proximity to city centre and the beach. They dont offer breakfast but there are plenty of coffeeshops around.

There noise of the people renovating the place from early morning. You also could hear everything that happens in the building as the sound proof is very poor.

It's in a good location near a beach and down the road are street food stalls. Sadly the beach is a non-swimming beach but has some good restaurants. Got a small kitchen and fridge.

You will need a car to get around or get a taxi everywhere but I'd has decent parking put front. It was fairly noisy for our stay as the locals like to celebrate after the football. Sadly no AC remote. There was a washing machine but an old one we couldn't really figure out.

On arrival, no staff member from the property was available. Mr. Anwar from building company haded over key. No tea or coffee was provided. Room service / cleaning was not done during stay.

Very nice location near the Arabian Sea. The host is very nice. There is a security guard in the house, with whom you can arrange everything even at midnight :) Very clean. Very quiet except for the Sultan's birthday, but that is only once a year :) The kitchen is well equipped. There is a kettle, despite the fact that in one of the previous comments it says there is none. But we usually ate something in the city anyway.
