Volcano One - Modern Studio with Lanai near Volcano National Park

Location and ease of getting there. Parking was great. Accommodations were comfortable and adequate for a short stay. Loved the soap provided! Appreciated the sweet treats and supply of coffee made available to us.

The bed was a little soft for our preference. And would have liked to have had a small rug inside the door.

For us we liked the peaceful rain forest experience. The studio was very well organized clean and everything needed for our stay. The patio is very nice for you to sit and have breakfast .

Perfect stay in Volcano! This cozy, clean and comfy little 'jungalow' was awesome. We were very close to the Volcano National Park entrance, and to several cute cafes/restaurants. And the lush greenery surrounding the place was so beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT location for volcano chasers (~7min drive to park gate; 15min drive from devastation trail parking lot). On top of that - the jungle around this house is gorgeous with pleasant tree frog chirps singing us to sleep everyday. Plenty of fresh towels. Has a diligent dehumidifier that proved to be a must. Last but not least - Steve was also very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. A dream come true stay!

This is less of a “dislike” and more of a wish list item for future stay - wish that it has laundry detergent + washer and dryer.

Great location. Personal touch of fresh flowers. Excellant linens Lanai was over the top. Great grill. Top shelf outdoor seating. Owner on site. Attentive to our needs. Respected our privacy. Great space.

Yard at first glance a bit wild BUT it is a rain forest!😀

Location is great. It is a stone's throw away from Volcano NP to see volcano eruption. The place is clean and well equipped. We spotted numerous birds and a chameleon when staying there. Host is very responsive and accomdating. Definitely will stay here again if come back to Big Island.

The property was an oasis set in rainforest and wonderfully quiet. Great facilities and we enjoyed the complimentary treats.

The path from the parking to the property, steps and gravel path, was difficult to manage with heavy suitcases

It was really comfortable, lovely bed, very well supplied, peaceful location

I loved how it was an experience in the middle of the gardens. U get the natural sounds of the forest creatures and rain drops. Very subtle and relaxing.

The pathway lights were not working much i had to use my phone flashlight.
