very nice quiet location, spacious house and nice garden

we are used to very firm double mattresses and the beds here are fairly soft single beds so we found them a little soft and small but very clean

Lovely & clean. Beds very comfortable. House lovely and warm & had everything we needed.

Quite a walk into town for old codgers like us but would be fine for the young & energetic!!! However drive into Melton was easy & good parking in the town.

"Highly recommended"

This was a stay for working in the area and the location was perfect. The whole process of booking, liaising with the hosts, and checking in etc was brilliant and the property was outstanding.

The one very small negative was the lack of a freezer which would have been handy for buying in some frozen food for use during the week.

The tv was great, because of free to air. Location was good.

Beds were bad. No tables in lounge room. Bathroom could do with re grouting and the towel rails fell off. Toilet seats are ready to fall off.
