One Bedroom in Spacious Bungalow, Free Parking & Private Entrance

the bathroom was dirty. mouldy and long black hairs. I woke up twice by the car in de garden in the middle of the night. Alexa woke me up at 06:00 every day.

The bed was ok and the shower was good. The room was well heated.

Noisy road, literally sleeping in a converted garage, stains on the walls, all for over £100 a night. I think the host should know that if she wants guests to use the key safe all the time she should mention that at the beginning. Having said that if you're coming home late it's really hard to use when it's dark and cold. I also saw no evidence of my room actually being cleaned.

Very convenient location for public transport into Edinburgh. Good to have own entrance. Comfortable bed and bedding. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Internal doors were squeaky. A reading lamp would be good as lighting very bright.

Anna and her family were very kind, friendly and acommodating during my stay. They made sure I was comfortable, and even though I didn't get to speak to them much as I was out during the days, we had lovely conversations. It is only a 30 minute bus ride into town and the bus stop is right outside the house which is very convenient. There is plenty of privacy and the family are very respectful of this. It is a very lovely home with a private side entrance for the Air BnB. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable - the shower in particular was wonderful. Toiletries were all acommodated for, apart from toothpaste, and the shower in particular was lovely. There was plenty of wardrobe space, desk space, and space to even do some yoga, all for such a good price! I will definitely be staying here again if I am around again.

I personally didn't have any issues, but I think it's good to know that sometimes the smell of food occasionally creeps in (nothing too strong), and the mattress is rather springy and noisy. You can also sometimes hear chatter coming through from the kitchen during the day, and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

The room has everything basic - iron, hairdryer, heater, personal toilet and shower, warmth, separate entrance from the street. The kettle was brought directly to the room. The location is excellent, there is a stop right next to the house and across the road, buses run every 10-15 minutes, the city center is 20-25 minutes away, it’s very convenient. Anna, the manager, responds to all requests, answers quickly, lives in this house and all issues are resolved quickly.

The description says that there is a kitchen, but it is not very convenient to use. A family lives in the house and naturally cooks; there is a constant smell of food in the room.
