New Luxury Vacation Home Cabin in Smoky Gatlinburg - Theater Room

The home has 3 floors, and each one had plenty of space for the 12 of us to sleep and hang out very comfortable. The Host was great to work with, always available if we had any problems or questions. We did not have any issues with the accommodations.

The parking was tight, but we were able to get 4 standard SUVs safely parked out front. There was also a flat area right in front of us we could have parked. It seemed to be a staging area for the construction going on beside of us. That was never an issue while we were there also.

Plenty of room, very clean, the baby gates really helped with our littles.

I liked that all three rooms had their own bathroom for privacy.

I didn’t like that the bottom story bathroom toilet roll holder came loose when grabbing toilet paper. And one of the kitchen cabinets also looked like it was going to fall off .

Very nice modern cabin in a great setting just minutes to Gatlinburg and only a short 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very well equipped we had everything we needed. We saw a mama bear taking her cubs for a early morning walk just below our cabin. Morning coffee on back deck was best for me, birds singing sun shining was just the break I was looking for. Loved the place will return soon.

Most of the cabins I've stayed at are on narrow dirt or gravel roads but this one wasn't, very easy to get to. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

I enjoyed the space, the theater room was nice.. The owner was responsive to an extent. Good location.

The cabin was not clean. EVERYTHING was broken, we couldn't use the couch because the leg was broken so we had to have Maitnence come in our second day there and move the couch from upstairs to down with the help of my husband....We found a pill in the closet upon arrival. The hot tub was nasty and not prepared for an arrival as well as no privacy from the surrounding cabins even given the poor 2x4 slats they attempted to make the privacy rail out of....Was also told there was children silverware/plates and nothing.... The shower was grimy and leaked on the outside.As well as had mold on the seals..... The cabin next to us had workers blasting music all day it was hard to enjoy our stay when all you heard was construction and music blaring while trying to enjoy the patio this was all weekend not just like a weekday and it was till dark everynight...It also made us feel uncomfortable not only for ourselves but for our young daughters.....Also the trash cans where on the back porch all though they where bear proof we did have an incident bears came on the porch to smell the trash....but there would have not been any way to see them come around the corner if it wouldnt have happened st a time everyone was inside...None of the doors were flush, so they didn't shut. The same goes for the cabinets in the kitchen.... Our neighbors were outside screaming all the hours of the night. The cabins are so close together that you can hear anything and everything. The pool sticks where broken (i replaced one with my own money happily without request of a refund because my family wanted to play) when I spoke with the owner they informed me they didn't even know anything about the cabin because they had not visited it since June of last year. The number of cords ran to the TV was alarming. The stools to the island and table were so loose you couldn't sit in them without fear of them breaking, and we had to have Maitnence fix them as well.

The cabin was very clean it felt very homey I loved everything about my stay all the way down to the make-up towel! 10/10 highly recommend an I will be booking again

We liked everything about the property especially the theater room and bathroom. It was really easy to stay there without missing anything.
