The location of this property was fabulous for all things Harrogate Town Centre. Easily walkable to all city centre restaurants, five minutes to Betty’s Tea Room and five minutes to the Everyman Theatre. Ten minutes to M&S food hall and ten minutes to Waitrose. Very quiet location considering so central.

The loo door needed attention. A little squeaky in the middle of the night!

Communication with the host was excellent. Very clean and tidy. Location very central. Could not have asked for better.

Lovely well appointed apartment in a great central location

As a solo female traveller I liked the level of security at the property. There were two sets of digital code doors to go through before you even got to the apartment. It was extremely well presented and exceptionally clean. Comfy bed and sofa, towels, hairdryer, some teabags, coffee and sugar sachets were also included. Great location about 8 mins walk from train station with nice bars and restaurants very close by. Great communication by property owners prior to arrival with easy check in with a coded key box. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would have liked was a larger bath towel but that’s definitely a personal preference though.

This is the first time we’ve stayed in Harrogate and we are so pleased that we chose The Penthouse At Regent House. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious and we felt very safe there. There are entry codes to let you onto the landing and to access the apartment door key and the street door code is activated when darkness falls. There is also a lift to take you up to the apartment. It’s situated in a fantastic location with bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping right on the doorstep and is just minutes’ walk from the train and bus station. We like eating out and cooking ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There are also two bathrooms, which we found really handy as we didn’t wish to disturb each other at night. We met Judith, the owner, who we found really pleasant and helpful and who was happy to answer all our queries quite quickly, before and during our stay. We’re happy to recommend the apartment and are looking forward to booking there again next year.

Perfect location in the centre. Close to shops and restaurants.

There was a problem with the hot water as it was only tepid all weekend. I bought this to the attention of the owner who was going to investigate before her next guests arrive.
