We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff were accommodating and courteous, and the facilities were excellent.

The unit owner was very accomodating and easily available. He was very patient when assisting us trying to key in the code. We love the pool view from the 4th floor verandah. It was exactly the same as the photo in the ads The swimming pool is nice.

It truly felt like home, and the space was comfortable enough for five people. The air conditioners were working well, and the balcony offered a refreshing breath of fresh air. They also provide TV, Wi-Fi and a heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cookware, perfect if you enjoy cooking. We also appreciated the convenience of their self check-in and check-out process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

For the refrigerator, only the freezer seems to be cooling properly for some reason. My parents were concerned about the leftover food from our lunch out, but they managed by storing it in the freezer instead. The unit doesn’t have a mirror in the living room or in the bedrooms. There is one in the bathroom, but it’s quite small. I think it would be better if there were at least one full-body mirror in the living room. Also, the road leading to the property is very dark, especially at night, since there are no streetlights. When we were driving home from Crosswinds at night, we actually missed the street going into the property. It would be great if streetlights could be installed.

The place was accessible enough.

It's crowded for more than 4 people. It isn't really cozy as the name suggests. There's also a very unpleasant smell when you walk by the pool. The bathroom in the condo is slippery. The photos made it appear the place was spacious and comfortable.
