Toilet is too small and shower is too slow

Room is quite big for four of us. But there was a small live cockroach under the dining table. 😩 No paper towels for kitchen’s use; only one toilet paper provided for 4pax! Room was not ready yet @1:45 when I stated that we will arrive 12-1pm. Property is too far from Tagaytay center

PLACE THE STUDIO WAS SO TIGHT FOR 4 PAX, LIKE IT IS JUST FOR 2PAX not recommended and also we’re placed on the bottom floor which has no VIEW ON THE VERANDA

Easy check-in and check out process. The host sent us the info about parking and self check-in details the day before our booking. The place is already cold even without using an aircon.

No electric kettle (I asked the host and she told us that the previous one needs replacement and hasn't bought a new one yet). No toiletries but as per the listing details it should be included. The sink and the dish rack have rust and some dirt or mold under the kitchen cabinet.
