Cleanliness of unit.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Strong smell of paint or cleaning fluids. No water left. Ventilation non-existent unless door was open to mosquitoes. The driveway was uninviting and we wondered if the actually was an apartment. If you address these things you would have a great place close to the airport.
