"AVOID - Castle Black and Aura Space"

What a disaster to avoid at all cost. Could not deliver on the property and refuse to refund the monies they deducted 2 months before date of booking.

Aura management is very unprofeasional, they take your money immediately when you book but then fail to deliver the property on your arrival. Very bad for booking.com.
