USThe property manager did not register us on time, we had to wait in the lobby to get verified, does not answer call immediately, the room was filthy, cockroaches and dust everywhere.

Was abit confusioning on the original advertisement where the room/building was actually located. It was further from Moa than was stated on the advertisement map.

Security can help No reception to assist you. WhT is this. You monopolies the whole travel accommodation on line .let online e had there own choice. Bloody thing what a night you done to us..not happened this anymore.

The building itself is very crowded. Half of the lifts did not work, so it takes a while to catch it. Not permitted (by security staff) to use stairs. Apartment is ok, but needs minor maintenance. At the first glance, everything is good, but many things in the bathroom are broken (not properly attached to the wall). Having pantry essentials (salt, sugar, cooking oil) would be good.
