nothing, i had booked at booking,com on given rates. upon checking the staff/owner refuse to make check-in. He was sending me out who will give you room at this rate, i had no chice than accepting his demand since i was reaching hotel by 11.30 midnight and i have no choice other than accepting his demand. paid 3 times of the rate shown in booking.com

room service, washroom and everything is bad and as everyone comments here, it is utter waste of money never use this property.
