I liked the support of the staff and the hotel location.

Staying on the fourth floor without an elevator made the experience quite tiring and inconvenient. Additionally, the low water pressure in the toilet jet was bothersome. The uncleanliness of the dining area was also a concern, and the unhygienic practices of the kitchen and restaurant staff were unsettling. Furthermore, breakfast was not served punctually.
