Great location! It's literally a minute away from the beach - close enough to not worry about packing for the beach and far enough to not be woken up by constant surf breaks. The open courtyard also was a great space for our toddler to hang out while being in the safety of the compound walls. Has all the basics at walking distance. Property is quite functional. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials.

Would be good to have one more induction over (there's only one). Also, the place doesn't let a lot of natural light in. The beds are fine, but being used to cotton mattress, we didn't love them.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay! Location is perfect: less than a one minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very comfortable house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner could not be nicer! We were picked up and dropped at the airport, given gorgeous flowers and delicious food goodies. Highly, highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again.

The owner Henderson was extremely helpful. The property is literally a stones throw away from the beach, local shops and restaurants.

The beds were a little to hard / firm for me.

Lovely bungalow 3 minutes from Bogmalo Beach. The village is quite isolated if you don't have transport, but there are several shops and restaurants in the village that are only a few minutes walk away. Some of the restaurants do really good food - simple and cheap options are readily available. We loved the isolation. Perfect for chilling out, beach and quiet nights. The villa had comfortable beds, AC in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 bathrooms in a wet room style, both with showers. Small and functional kitchen. 2 living rooms, one with a dining table and one with a couch and TV. There was quite a lot of outside area attached to the villa, although low walls meant that it wasn't very private if you wanted to sit out there. The host, Henderson, is an amazing guy. He was always available on Whatsapp, and helped us get around a bit to get to supermarkets and a bit of sightseeing. If anything goes wrong at the bungalow he gets it sorted out immediately. His friendliness and helpfulness went way above normal host levels.

Nothing that was within Henderson's control was unlikable. He fixed all power and plumbing issues straight away.

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms, and toilets.Facities provided are satisfactory. The location is very calm and peaceful. Very near to the bogmalo beach , hardly 75 to 100 mts. Mr Henderson, the proprietor, is a very humble, cordial, and cooperative person. He assisted us a lot during Indigo Airlines crisis of December 2025.

Everything was amazing. The accommodation was spacious and well presented. Everything was clean to a hight standard. The host was brilliant and helped us to enjoy our holiday to the full. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this accommodation for the above reasons and also it is close to the airport and located in the quiet part of Goa. The beach is only 2mins walk from accommodation. The beach is clean and quiet which was ideal for us. It also had plenty of nice restaurant nearby.
