GBProperty is off a busy road but quiet. It was overall very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. A great location, with private parking and buses into the city just over the road. The information we received before arrival was very helpful and all our questions were answered promptly.
The sofa wasn’t very comfortable!

Road noise in both bedrooms was loud. Sofa was very uncomfortable.
AULocation was good and we enjoyed the walk into town. On a busy road but set back and quiet when arriving at property. Off road parking. Very clean. Equipment mostly new and in very good condition. Owner very helpful and responsive.
Only little things and nothing significant. Felt a little Spartan/sterile on first arrival, particularly the lounge/kitchen area. No tea bags and coffee for a cuppa on arrival.
