Apartments Vita - Modern apartments with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea

Ideaal verblijf voor een bezoek aan de stad Dubrovnik! De eigenaresse is erg aardig, vracht druiven en er lag een fles wijn! Het appartement is verder eenvoudig en was voor ons voldoende als tussenstop. Het ligt op een helling dus je moet wel wat trappen af en op met je spullen. In de buurt heb je alle basisfaciliteiten en een paar prima restautants!

De drukke weg, ondanks dat het appartement een stuk lager ligt dan de weg, moet je hier wel overheen voor de supermarkt. Soms is het een uitdaging om naar de overkant te komen.

Vue magnifique sur la baie, plage accessible a pied avec un peu de marche, a 20 min de Dubrovnik en voiture.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a family stay. The hosts were great and very welcoming. The best part was the absolutely stunning view from the balcony. We would love to come back again!

The view from the balcony is amazing, and because of the down floor it jeeps pretty cool outside, so you can easily have tour breakfasts there in the morning, or chill at the evening, the AC works well. You can walk by feet ti the beach.

The apparent needs to be cleaned way better, it is pretty disgusting to find yellow stains on the bathroom towels, the apparent it self didn’t look clean, and I am pretty sure we left it better than we found it. So the cleaning part ruined the first impression of the place for sure. Also the wifi is not the best, it comes and goes. The parking lot is good that they have it but to get out to the main street is complicated, and i was kind of afraid that someone will scratch the car when opening the door because of the narrow place.

The apartment was very clean and had all the things we needed. We asked for a cafetiere, which was given promptly. The location is great and quiet with nice views and a relatively easy walk to a beach. There's a supermarket and pizzeria nearby.

We liked everything about this stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it has a separate bedroom and a great patio that has a stunning view over the Adriatic sea. There is also parking that is easily available from the main road. The hosts are amazing and they will help with anything you might need. We arrived late at night, and the landlady welcomed us with a tasty fruit plate and a bottle of homemade wine. Thank you Luca for everything! My warmest recommendation for staying at this place🤗
