Very nice property , should however be rented as 2 not 3 BR You really cannot consider a room in the back which is in a building without running water, a functional BR. It is clean and pretty furnished but in these days who would want to stay in a place without the toilet and water sink, if even for overnight So this is what makes me to give the property 8/10 ratings Location is good but not great for the beach goers. It’s great if you rent it for work but not for your beach vacation.

Absolutely loved the location and comfy feeling of the home. Communication with the owner was easy and she was amazing at how quickly she responded. I would recommend this place to everyone needing a place in Wilmington that is perfectly located and easy to use. I will use this house again in the future 😀

"Cozy Home in Quiet Neighborhood"

Quiet neighborhood setting close to shopping, beach and historic Wilmington. Cozy, breezy and open house design. Very accommodating and responsive host.

No bathroom in the second outer building with the gameroom, however, it was not that big of a deal. Flipside, that couple had lots of privacy.

Very Clean.Nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Helpful, responsive Host.

3rd Bedroom is in a separate building out back...which was very nice, but would be better with a bathroom.in same building.
