Well appointed rental apartment, lots of coffee, clean sheets and towels, nice to have laundry in unit.

The apartment was generally ok, and while it appeared to be recently renovated, it had clearly already seen better days. Lots of sneaky dirt - dishwasher full of dirty dishes, used knives back in the knife block, a bunch of lint in the dryer, thick dust in corners, furniture, counters, walls and floor scuffed. I felt like I needed to wash everything before I used it. The rental indicates that there is “free parking”, and there is a lot behind the building, but you can’t park in the lot. There is only street parking and the street that is closest was closed for parts of our stay-so had to park several blocks away. Not the end of the world, but definitely misleading and felt like I had to worry about parking the whole time. The traffic noise in the neighborhood is substantial, the very loud droning of the air conditioning units helps to drown it out, but the combination is not very relaxing.
